Hot dipped galvanized panels and trailers;
Each kit contains and is made up of the following:
38 panels：3300 mmlength 1000mm high 27kgweight made from 25x25mm box tube 1.5mm thick. Flat bar welded in middle of panel is 25mm width and 3mm thick. Additionally, Maybe you can choose 2900mm length panels.
2 Blind panels：2400mmlength 1000mm high. Outside frame is 25x25mm box tube 1.5mm thick and wall steel is 1mm thick.
2 drafting gate：840mmlength 1000mm high made from 25x25mm box tube 1.5mm thick.
2 drop in gate：470mmlengh1000mm high made from 25x25mm box tube 1.5mm thick, One with reflective triangle mounted on steel board (1mm thick).
Trailer wall is 2265mm length and 2mm thick.
Locking clip pins on each panel 80mm length 12mm diameter and welded onto 12mm thick steel 35mm length.
Locking clip rings are 50mm length and 4mm thick steel.
Trailer is constructed with 80x60mm box steel 5mm thick.
Axle mounted to 100x100mm box steel 5mm thick.
Axle steel is NO. 45 steel shaft and hardened.
Axle mounting through round steel pipe (diameter 85mm) inside square box (100x100x5mm) with heavy duty Spring steel to make tyresup or down.
Electric motor is supplied to rise and fall Spring steel. ( You can use the battery to be connected with wires to supply electric power to the motor but the battery is used from your truck/car i.e. we do not supply the battery).
